What is the meaning of frequency conversion resolution
For a digitally controlled inverter, the output frequency is given in steps even if the frequency command is an analog signal. The smallest unit of this stage difference is called the frequency conversion resolution. For example, if the resolution is 0.5 Hz, then 23 Hz can be changed to 23.5 or 24.0 Hz, so the motor action is also followed in steps. This causes problems for applications such as continuous winding control. In this case, if the resolution is about 0.015 Hz, it can be sufficiently adapted to a 4-stage motor with 1 stage difference of 1 r/min or less. In addition, there are some models where the given resolution is not the same as the output resolution.

Resolution parameter adjustment method
Generally, when the inverter is shipped from the factory, the manufacturer has a default value for each parameter, which is called the factory value. A part of the users can operate normally on the basis of the default factory values with panel operation, but there are also many customers who use the drive system panel operation and can not be used directly. Then before using the new inverter, the inverter parameters need to be adjusted from the following aspects.
1 confirm the motor parameters, the inverter in the parameters set the motor power, current, voltage, speed, maximum frequency, these parameters can be obtained directly from the motor's nameplate.
2 inverter to take the control mode, that is, speed control, pitch control, PID control or other ways. After taking the control mode, generally according to the control accuracy, static or dynamic identification is needed.
3 Set the start mode of the inverter, generally the inverter is set to start from the panel at the factory, the user can choose the start mode according to the actual situation, which can use the panel, external terminal, communication mode and several others.
4 selection of the giving signal, the general frequency of the inverter can also be given in a variety of ways, panel giving, external giving, external voltage or current giving, communication way giving, of course, for the frequency of the inverter can also be one of these ways or the sum of several ways.
After the above parameters are set correctly, the inverter can basically work normally, if you want to get better control effect, you can only modify the relevant parameters according to the actual situation. Once the parameter setting fault occurs, the inverter can not operate normally, generally according to the inverter "operation manual manual" to modify the parameters, if the direct modification can not, you can restore all parameters to the factory value, and then reset according to the above steps.
