1、Frequency conversion energy saving

2、Power factor compensation energy saving

The reactive power not only increases the line loss and equipment heating, but mainly the reduction of power factor leads to the reduction of active power of the power grid, a large amount of reactive power is consumed in the line, the equipment is inefficient and wasteful, after using the frequency control device, due to the role of the internal filter capacitor of the frequency converter, thus reducing the reactive power loss and increasing the active power of the power grid.


3、Soft start energy saving

The hard start of the motor causes serious impact on the power grid, and will also require too high a capacity of the power grid, and the high current and vibration generated during the start is extremely damaging to the baffle and valve, and extremely detrimental to the service life of equipment and pipelines. After using the frequency conversion energy-saving device, the soft start function of the frequency converter will make the starting current start from zero, and the maximum value will not exceed the rated current, which will reduce the impact on the power grid and the requirement of power supply capacity, and prolong the service life of the equipment and valves. It saves the maintenance cost of the equipment.


4, according to statistics, China's total potential market space for inverters is about 120 billion to 180 billion yuan, of which the normal-voltage inverter accounts for about 60% of the market share, the number of medium- and high-voltage inverter demand is relatively small, but because of the large power of a single inverter, high selling price, also accounts for about 40% of the market.

There are at least 180 million kilowatts of motors with variable loads and energy-saving potential in China, thus providing an extremely huge market for the application of inverters. Data show that China's inverter market has been maintaining a growth rate of 12% to 15%, and is expected to maintain a growth rate of more than 10% in the market demand for inverters for at least the next five years.
